Ways to reduce hydraulic losses in multistage centrifugal pumping equipment for mining and oil-producing industries

Purpose. To study hydraulic losses in pumping units during and transportation of liquids, to develop the design technology solutions improve energy efficiency centrifugal pumps mining oil-producing industries. Methodology. In theoretical experimental analysis hydraulics methods were used. Findings. As a result research carried out, new scheme multistage pump has been developed, providing coaxial arrangement impellers, which allows reducing elements increasing units. Originality. Based on existing designs blowers axial types, distribution blower with impellers is considered. Experimental dependences establishment pressure flow power characteristics are presented. accounting losses, unit was assessed. Practical value. The reduces by more than 23% compared traditional pumps. results work can be used design, research, industrial organizations engaged operation equipment.
